1. Why shipping isn't an option?
    - Pick up only, shipping isn't possible.

2. How to buy an item?
    - After placing an order, you'll receive an invoice in email you provided. The bill is paid when picking up the item from Ammattiopisto Lappia main hall cafeteria (Purnukka).

3. Opening hours?
    -  Kyberkeskus is open Mon-Thu 9-13 and Fri 9-12

4. How can I pick up the item?
    -  The item is picked up from Kyberkeskus, 2nd floor after paying it to Purnukka. 

5. Paying
     The item/service is paid to Ammattiopisto Lappia main hall cafeteria. For paying the bill, you'd need to take the invoice we sent you. After paying to Purnukka, you can pick up your item from Kyberkeskus in exchange for receipt you received from Purnukka.

6. Who is in charge of maintenance of web shop?
    - Kyberkeskus and ICT students.

7. Is there a warranty?
    - The product has a 2-month warranty. If the product breaks during the warranty, it can be fixed or exchanged to similar product without a fee.
